Honda India has launched the updated version of the Hornet 2.0. This 2023 model is now OBD2 compliant and has been priced at Rs 1.39 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The 2023 model of the Hornet 2.0 hasn’t received any major updates or changes. In terms of styling, the bike continues to look like the older model. In fact, the brand hasn’t launched any new colours. The 2023 Hornet 2.0 looks aesthetically pleasing and with sharp body panels, the motorcycle continues to look aggressive.
The new Honda also gets new LED lights, a fully digital instrument cluster, underbelly pan, engine kill switch and single-channel ABS. The LCD dash gets a five-level illumination control, and it displays a gear position indicator and a service due indicator. Powering the Hornet 2.0 is a 184.4cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that churns out 17bhp of peak power at 8,500rpm and 15.9Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. This engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox.
Just like the other motorcycles, Honda is also offering the famous 10-year warranty package on the 2023 Hornet 2.0. However, the cost of the extended warranty hasn't been shared yet. The bookings for this bike have already commenced and the deliveries will begin within a few days.
