- Priced at Rs. 2,46,651
- Rivals the Suzuki V-Strom and Royal Enfield Himalayan
KTM India’s most affordable adventure tourer has received an OBD2 upgrade, and the 2023 iteration of the quarter-litre Royal Enfield Himalayan rival is currently available at Rs. 2,46,651 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Notably, the changes to the 2023 model are limited to mechanical upgrades to comply with the newest emission standards. Meanwhile, the styling cues and colour palette remains unaltered, and the 2023 KTM 250 Adventure is available in two paint options – Electronic Orange and KTM Factory Racing Blue.
Both colour options get a blacked-out finish to the chassis and the alloy wheels, and they feature identical graphics. The ‘KTM’ and ‘250 Adventure’ decals are visible on the fuel tank, while the front fender gets a colour-matching sticker as well. The styling, as mentioned above, remains unaltered, and the 2023 KTM 250 Adventure continues to feature a single-pod headlight with twin LED DRLs, a transparent visor, a split-style seat, an upswept exhaust, and alloy wheels.
Mechanical upgrades include the addition of the OBD2 (onboard diagnostics) sensor that monitors emissions in real-time and indicates malfunctions. Meanwhile, the motorcycle continues to use a 248.76cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 29.63bhp and 24Nm. The features list comprises a halogen headlight, LED DRLs, LED turn indicators, LED taillight, an LCD instrument cluster, and switchable dual-channel ABS.
The 2023 KTM 250 Adventure rivals the Suzuki V-Strom SX, Royal Enfield Himalayan, and Yezdi Adventure in the Indian market.
