KTM India has announced the launch of the 2023 KTM 250 Adventure in our market at Rs. 2,46,651. The changes made to the 2023 iteration of this quarter-litre adventure-tourer motorcycle are limited to mechanical upgrades to comply with the newest emission norms.

The mechanical specifications on the 2023 KTM 250 Adventure remain unchanged, and this quarter-litre Suzuki V-Strom SX-rivalling motorcycle retains the 248.76cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with Bosch electronic fuel injection system from the previous version. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, this motor is tuned to deliver a maximum output of 29.6bhp at 9,000rpm and a peak torque of 24Nm at 7,500rpm. The six-speed gearbox benefits from a slipper clutch mechanism.

The motorcycle is currently listed in two colours on KTM India’s official website – KTM Factory Racing Blue and Electronic Orange.
What hardware does the 2023 KTM 250 Adventure use?
The suspension setup on the motorcycle comprises 43mm upside-down front forks and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock. The anchoring setup includes a 320mm single disc with a radially-mounted calliper at the front and a 230mm single rotor with a floating calliper at the back. The motorcycle is built around a tubular split-trellis frame with a bolted sub-frame and it tips the weighing scale at 177kg (kerb).
