2023 KTM 250 Duke OBD2 available in two colours in India

- Priced at Rs. 2,38,221

- Available in two colours – Dark Galvano and Ebony Black

- Gets OBD2-compliant hardware

KTM India has updated its product portfolio with the launch of the 2023 250 Duke in our market with the necessary hardware to comply with the newest emission standards. This motorcycle is available in a single variant and has been priced at Rs. 2,38,221 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Indian arm of the Austrian manufacturer has listed this motorcycle in two colours – Dark Galvano and Ebony Black. Notably, the colour choice does not affect the ex-showroom price of this quarter-litre roadster-segment motorcycle.

The paint themes are noticeably different. The Dark Galvano theme, for example, gets an orange shade for the tubular trellis frame and the alloy wheels, while the bolted sub-frame features a blacked-out look. The Ebony Black, on the other hand, gets black paint for the trellis frame and alloy wheels, while the sub-frame carries an orange colour. This colour variant also gets an orange shade for the headlight cowl and the front fender. Meanwhile, the graphics are identical on both paint options.

The styling cues comprise a 390 Duke-inspired design that brings a split-style headlight, a muscular fuel tank, split-style seats, a side-slung exhaust, and 17-inch alloy wheels to the 250 Duke. The feature list remains unaltered as well, and the 2023 KTM 250 Duke continues to pack full-LED lighting, an LCD instrument cluster, and dual-channel ABS with supermoto mode.

The 2023 model also retains the same 248.8cc liquid-cooled engine as the 2022 version. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, this motor delivers 29.5bhp at 9,000rpm and 24Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm. The transmission benefits from an assist and slipper clutch mechanism. However, unlike the 390 Duke, this quarter-litre model misses the quick-shifter.
