- Features Repsol livery all over
- Powered by a 123.92cc single-cylinder engine
- Gets the same design and mechanicals
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has launched the latest edition of its 125cc scooter, the Dio. It’s now available in the Repsol trim and gets a combination of Ross White and Vibrant Orange colours. The trim is inspired by Honda’s GP race bike colours.
There are white and shades of orange all over the Dio 125’s body, while the wheels come painted in orange. Even the grab-rail is covered in orange. The inside apron and the seat are black and the overall theme makes the Dio 125 look even more sporty and youthful. That said, Honda has made no mechanical changes to the Dio 125 Repsol Edition.
It’s powered by a 123.92cc single-cylinder engine that makes 8.16bhp and a torque of 10.4Nm. The suspension setup comprises telescopic front forks and a single rear shock with preload adjustability. The braking hardware comprises a front disc and rear drum unit mounted on 12-inch alloys. Even the features list on the new Dio 125 Repsol Edition is the same. It includes an LED headlight, side-stand cut-off sensor, CBS, and H-Smart technology to get access to smart find, keyless start, and security.
Honda currently offers the Dio 125 in three trims – standard, Repsol Edition, and Smart. The base model costs Rs. 87,900, while the Repsol and Smart trims are priced at Rs. 92,300 and Rs. 95,800 (all ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively.
