For 2023, Access 125 gets hardware updates to comply with OBD2-A norms. This On-board Diagnostics System helps in detecting system failures and illuminates the console lights to indicate any faults in the vehicle system. Meanwhile, the scooter continues to use a 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that delivers a maximum output of 8.5bhp at 6,750rpm and peak torque of 10Nm at 5,500rpm.

The suspension hardware across the range includes telescopic front forks and a single rear spring. Then, the braking setup on the base model includes drum brakes on both wheels, while the rest of the variants feature a disc brake at the front and a drum unit at the back.
