- Suzuki GSX-R1000R updated
- Gets new colours for 2023
- Could be launched in India by end of this year
Suzuki has taken the wraps of its 2023 motorcycle line-up for international markets and the list also includes the updated GSX-R1000R.
For the new model year, the Japanese manufacturer’s flagship supersport motorcycle receives two new colour schemes. Underwhelming as that may seem, the new paint options do lend a fresher appeal to the GSX-R1000R. There is the Pearl Brilliant White that comes with Stellar Blue and iconic Suzuki Blue that feature on the front and side fairing along with the rear cowl.
Or you could choose for the stealthier option in the form of the Matte Black/ Glass Sparkle Black that features neon green accents all along the bodywork. Underneath though, the Suzuki GSX-R1000R remains the same as it was previously. It continues to come powered by a 999cc, inline-four motor and a plethora of electronic wizardry, enough to put on par with the BMW S1000RR, Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade and the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R.
That said, with the 2023 model going on sale internationally in the coming months, we can only expect it to be launched in India by the end of this year or early 2023.
