Triumph Motorcycles has announced the launch of the 2023 Bonneville Speedmaster in the Indian market with prices starting at Rs 12.05 lakh. The latest iteration of the Bonneville Speedmaster gets styling upgrades in the form of a new paint scheme, with the motorcycle now available in three colours – Jet Black, Sapphire Black with Fusion White, and the newly added Cordovan Red.
The Jet Black and Cordovan Red colours feature a single-tone finish while the Sapphire Black with Fusion White, which is the most expensive option, gets a dual-tone theme. The paint choices affect the ex-showroom prices of the Bonneville Speedmaster. Check out the complete price list below:
Jet Black: Rs 12.05 lakh
Cordovan Red: Rs 12.18 lakh
Sapphire Black with Fusion White: Rs 12.35 lakh
The changes are limited to styling revision in the form of the new paint theme. Thus, the 2023 Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster continues to feature a round headlight at the front, a tear-drop-shaped fuel tank with a chrome filler cap, split-style seats, a slash-cut design for the exhaust canister, and wire-spoke wheels.
The mechanical specifications retain the 1,200cc, parallel-twin cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 76.9bhp at 6,100rpm and 106Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox. Other hardware on the motorcycle comprises a tubular steel twin-cradle frame, 47mm Showa front forks, rear mono-shock, twin discs with Brembo calipers at the front, and a single rotor with Nissin caliper at the back.
The Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster rivals the likes of the Harley-Davidson Nightster in the Indian market.
