TVS Motor Company has announced the launch of a new variant of its 125cc premium commuter motorcycle, the Raider 125, in the Indian market. With the addition of this new version, the TVS Raider 125 is now available in three variants – Single Seat, Split Seat, and SmartXonnect. Here, we explain all the variants of the 2023 TVS Raider 125.
What are the styling differences between all the variants of TVS Raider 125?
All variants feature styling elements such as a single-pod headlight with integrated LED DRLs, a body-coloured headlight cowl, a dual-tone front fender, a 10-litre fuel tank with shrouds, an engine cowl, a step-up seat, and a side-slung exhaust with the dual-tone finish. Notably, as the names suggest, the Single Seat version comes with a single-piece saddle, while the rest of the variants feature a split-style setup. Further, the former is available in a single paint theme, while the Split Seat and SmartXonnect variants are listed in four and two colours, respectively. Check out the variant-wise colours below:

What features are available on the TVS Raider 125?
The feature list across the range comprises an LED headlight, LED DRLs, an LED taillight, and a combined braking system. The Single Seat and Split Seat variants use a reverse LCD, while the SmartXonnect version comes with a Bluetooth-enabled TFT screen. The latter also features ride modes, an ambient sensor, a navigation system, call and SMS alerts, and voice commands.
What are the specifications and hardware of the TVS Raider 125?
The complete TVS Raider 125 range uses the 124.8cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled motor with three valves. Linked to a five-speed gearbox, this engine delivers 11.2bhp at 7,500rpm and 11.2Nm at 6,000rpm. The suspension tasks are handled by telescopic front forks and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock. meanwhile, the 17-inch alloy wheels are wrapped in 80/100-section front and 100/90-section rear tubeless tyres.
What are the prices of the TVS Raider 125?
The base model is priced at Rs. 93,719, while the Split Seat and SmartXonnect versions are available at Rs. 94,719 and Rs. 1,00,820, respectively. The TVS Raider 125 rivals the likes of the Bajaj Pulsar 125 and Honda SP125 in the Indian market.
