Yamaha India has launched the 2023 Aerox scooter in the country with a price tag of Rs 1.42 lakh, ex-showroom. The maxi-scooter gets a couple of new features and is offered in a choice of four colour options.
The newest paint option that the Yamaha Aerox is available in is called Metallic Silver. As its name suggests, it comes in a silver base paint. However, it is also adorned in black and golden highlights. That said, it also gets golden wheels that add to its appeal.
Apart from this, the 2023 Aerox is also available in Metallic Black with white highlights, Racing Blue with black and grey graphics and Blue wheels and a Grey Vermillion paint option. This colour is offered with red and white graphics and red wheels.
There are no major changes to its engine and it continues with a 155cc liquid-cooled engine with VVA technology (Variable Valve Actuation). This motor churns out 15bhp at 8,000rpm with 13.9Nm and is mated to a CVT gearbox. The list of features that already includes a Bluetooth enabled screen, LED lighting and ABS now includes a traction control system as well.
