- Available in three colours
- New model gets revised headlight designs
- All colours available at Rs 1,27,400
Yamaha Motor India has updated its portfolio with the launch of the 2023 FZ-S Fi Version 4.0 in our market. This motorcycle rivals against the likes of the TVS Apache RTR 160, Honda Hornet 2.0, and Suzuki Gixxer in the Indian market. This product from Yamaha Motor India is currently available in three colours – Metallic Grey, Majesty Red, and Metallic Black. All paint options are available at the same price tag of Rs 1,27,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Metallic Grey paint theme comes with a black finish for the seat cover and a blue colour for the alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the Majesty Red and Metallic Black paint options feature golden-coloured alloy wheels and a red-coloured seat cover.
The 2023 model also gets a revised front fascia that includes a new and aggressive headlight with twin LED DRLs and a body-coloured mask. The bodywork, on the other hand, carries the same design as its predecessor. Yamaha Motor India has added LED turn indicators to this motorcycle as standard, and also improved the safety net with the addition of a traction control system.
The mechanical specifications retain the 149cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that continues to deliver 12.2bhp at 7,250rpm and 13.3Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm. This motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox. Do note that like the rest of the 2023 Yamaha models, this motorcycle, too, comes equipped with an onboard diagnostics (OBD-II) system that monitors the emission levels in real time.
