2023 Yamaha MT-15 available in four colours in India

Yamaha Motor India has updated its portfolio with the launch of 2023 MT-15. The latest iteration of the roadster-segment motorcycle has received several updates over its predecessor. Previously, we listed the top highlights of the 2023 Yamaha MT-15. Here, we list all the colour options that are available for this motorcycle.

For 2023, Yamaha has added the new Metallic Black DLX colour to the list. With this, the MT-15 is available in four paint options – Ice Fluo-Vermillion, Racing Blue, Cyan Storm, and Metallic Black DLX. All colour options come with a different shade for the alloy wheels. The design, on the other hand, remains similar to the previous version, and the 2023 Yamaha MT-15 continues to feature a single-pod projector headlight with twin LED DRLs, a muscular fuel tank with bolted shrouds, a step-up seat, and a side-slung exhaust.

The mechanical specifications, too, remain unaltered. However, the 2023 model comes equipped with onboard diagnostics (OBD-II) system that monitors the emission levels in real time. The 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, SOHC, four-valve, fuel-injected engine with VVA system continues to make a maximum output of 18.1bhp at 10,000rpm and a peak torque of 14.2Nm at 7,500rpm. The six-speed gearbox benefits from an assist and slipper clutch mechanism, although it misses a quick-shifter.

The colour options do not affect the ex-showroom prices of the motorcycle. The 2023 Yamaha MT-15 has been priced at Rs 1,68,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
