JawaYezdi Motorcycles has announced the launch of the updated Yezdi Adventure in the Indian market. This Royal Enfield Himalayan-rivalling adventure tourer motorcycle is available in a single variant and three colour options – Slick Silver, Mambo Black, and Whiteout. Notably, the colour options affect the ex-showroom prices that start from Rs. 2,15,900 onwards.
The Whiteout colour option features a glossy finish, while the Slick Silver and Mambo Black themes get matte paint. The ‘Yezdi’ logo on the former is noticeably different from the unit on the Slick Silver and Mambo Black colour options. Notably, the company has discontinued the Ranger Camo from the list. The styling is identical on all versions, and the 2023 Yezdi Adventure continues to feature a rugged design and a tall stance. It features a round headlight at the front, a tall windscreen, a split-style seat, a side-slung exhaust, and wire-spoke wheels on both ends.
In mechanical terms, the company has added the mandatory onboard diagnostics system to comply with the newest emission norms. Further, the Yezdi Adventure benefits from updated engine components that are aimed to deliver better NVH levels. The engine gets a new mapping and it now features a larger throttle body and exhaust ports for improved rideability and performance. Lastly, this motorcycle benefits from a larger rear sprocket and a redesigned muffler for a better exhaust note.
The Yezdi Adventure rivals the likes of the Royal Enfield Himalayan, KTM 250 Adventure, and Suzuki V-Strom SX in the Indian market.
