- Gets minor performance increase
- No changes to features or hardware
- Priced from Rs 2.06 lakh
Classic Legends has updated its entire portfolio of motorcycles in the country including the Yezdi Roadster. The Royal Enfield Meteor 350-rival is being offered in a choice of four colour options.
The base price of Rs 2.06 lakh, ex-showroom will get you the Roadster in Smoke Grey, Inferno Red or Glacial White. A slight premium of Rs 2,000 over that price presents the motorcycle in a dual-tone Crimson paint scheme as well. That said, the Yezdi Roadster continues with the same styling and design language as before. Sporting minimal bodywork, the motorcycle comes with a retro styling which is based on the platform borrowed from the Jawa 42 2.1.
For 2023, Yezdi has updated the Roadster to comply with OBD-2 norms but has also taken the opportunity to add a larger rear sprocket for better low-end grunt. It also gets a redesigned set of exhaust cans for a revised note.
However, it continues with its 334cc, single-cylinder engine that has been derived from the Jawa Perak. This churns out 29.2bhp and 29Nm. As for features, the motorcycle gets full-LED headlamp and tail lamp, a full-digital instrument cluster and dual-channel ABS as standard.
