- Rivals the Royal Enfield Scram 411 in India
JawaYezdi Motorcycles has announced the launch of the 2023 Scrambler in the Indian market. This Royal Enfield Scram 411-rivalling motorcycle has received several mechanical upgrades, and here we list the top five highlights from the India launch of the 2023 Yezdi Scrambler.
What mechanical upgrades does the 2023 Yezdi Scrambler get?
For starters, the 2023 model benefits from a real-time onboard diagnostic system that aims to detect and informs about any faults in the vehicle. Then, similar to the Adventure and Roadster models, the 2023 Yezdi Scrambler also gets updated engine components which are claimed to have been fine-tuned for better noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) levels. Moreover, the bike benefits from a new engine map, a larger throttle body and exhaust ports, a larger rear sprocket, and a redesigned muffler. Notably, the numbers remain unchanged, and the 2023 Scrambler retains the 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that makes 28.7bhp at 8,000rpm and 28.2Nm at 6,750rpm.
Does the 2023 Yezdi Scrambler receive any styling revisions?
Similar to the rest of the products from Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, the changes to the 2023 model are limited to mechanical upgrades. Thus, the 2023 Scrambler retains the design elements such as a round headlight, a tall-set front fender, a curvy fuel tank with knee recesses and rubber pads, a single-piece saddle, twin-sided exhausts, and wire-spoke wheels. It is listed in seven colours (single-tone and dual-tone paint options) on the company’s website – Fire Orange, Bold Black, Yelling Yellow, Outlaw Olive, Midnight Blue, Mean Green, and Rebel Red.
What is the price of the 2023 Yezdi Scrambler?
The colour themes affect the prices of the Scrambler range, and the Fire Orange colour is the most affordable option on the list. Meanwhile, the dual-tone paint options are the most expensive. Check out the complete price list below:

What hardware does the 2023 Yezdi Scrambler use?
The hardware is identical to the previous model, and thus the 2023 model continues to use a double cradle frame. The suspension setup comprises 41mm telescopic front forks and preload-adjustable twin rear springs, while the anchoring tasks are handled by 320mm front and 240mm rear disc brakes. The Scrambler rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels that are shod in tube-type tyres. These feature 100/90-section front and 140/70-section rear profiles.
What features does the Yezdi Scrambler get?
The feature list on the Yezdi Scrambler comprises full-LED lighting, a fully-digital instrument cluster, a USB charging port, and a dual-channel ABS with three modes – Road, Off-road, and Rain. However, unlike the Yezdi Adventure, this motorcycle misses a Bluetooth module.
