- Gets a fully digital instrument cluster
- Will get Bluetooth connectivity with calls and SMS alerts
- Will feature new decals and graphics
The updated 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N150 has been spied at a dealership ahead of its launch in India. The motorcycle gets new decals to differentiate itself from the older model. However, the biggest change is the inclusion of a new fully digital instrument cluster.
Unlike the semi-digital instrument cluster on the earlier version, the new console benefits from Bluetooth smartphone connectivity complete with call and message alerts. Meanwhile, the new Pulsar N150 retains the styling, which looks quite modern and sporty.
The Bajaj Pulsar N150 will be powered by a 149.68cc, single-cylinder engine, which will be E20 fuel-compatible. The motor will produce similar output as before – 15.68bhp at 8,750rpm and 14.65Nm at 6,750rpm, and will be linked to a five-speed gearbox.
In terms of cycle parts, the updated Pulsar N150 will get new braking hardware such as a rear disc brake in place of the drum brake on the previous model, and a 260mm front disc. The safety net will comprise single-channel ABS as standard. The motorcycle will be suspended on telescopic forks up front and a rear monoshock.
The Bajaj Pulsar N150 rivals the Yamaha FZ S FI and the Suzuki Gixxer. The current model retails at Rs. 1.18 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), so expect the 2024 model to cost around Rs. 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom).
