- All colours are priced the same
- Get a new set of decals
- Costs Rs. 1.51 lakh (ex-showroom)
Bajaj Auto launched the new 2024 edition of the Pulsar N250 yesterday. Besides all the mechanical updates it received, the Chakan-based bike maker introduced a variety of three new shades of the bike.
The swankiest of the lot is the Glossy Racing Red trim which boasts red as its primary colour beautified by white and grey streaks all across, from the headlamp to the tail section. Adding more visual drama is the edgy ‘250’ number on the fuel tank. A slightly subtler option is the Pearl Metallic White variant which has blue and grey graphics accompanying its white bodywork. Meanwhile, the most understated and stealthy-looking option is Brooklyn Black which maintains a blacked-out theme all over complemented by red and grey decals.
As for the mechanical changes, the conventional telescopic front forks have been replaced by Endurance-sourced USDs while the rear tyre is slightly wider. Plus, the list of features is longer and more attractive now with the inclusion of a Bluetooth-enabled fully digital console, traction control, and three ABS modes including rain, road, and off-road. The engine continues to be the same smooth and peppy 249cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled unit that produces 24.1bhp and 21.5Nm of peak torque. It continues to be paired with a five-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch.
The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 is priced at Rs. 1.51 lakh (ex-showroom) which is almost the same as the previous edition. It goes up against the likes of the Suzuki Gixxer 250, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, and Honda Hornet 2.0.
