Bajaj Auto has unveiled the 2024 Pulsar NS200 in India, and the model year update brings with it new features and updated styling. Let’s take a look at the top five highlights of the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS200.
Updated Fascia
For MY2024, the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 features an updated fascia, courtesy of a new LED headlamp cluster. It gets boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, while the halogen setup from the previous version makes way for LED illumination. Barring the updated fascia, the overall styling of the new NS200 remains unchanged.
New Features
Apart from the new fascia, another big update comes in the form of a new fully digital instrument cluster that features reverse-LCD illumination. It also gets Bluetooth connectivity and a dedicated phone app, which allows riders to view incoming calls and SMS notifications and access turn-by-turn navigation.
Engine Specifications
The Pulsar NS200 is powered by a 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 24.13bhp at 9,750rpm and 18.74Nm at 8,000rpm. The E20-compliant motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Cycle Parts
Besides the slightly updated styling and the new instrument cluster, the Pulsar NS200 remains unchanged mechanically. It continues to come shod with USD forks at the front and a monoshock at the back. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloys and disc brakes at both ends.
Availability
Although Bajaj Auto is yet to reveal the prices of the updated NS200, we expect it to go up marginally by a few thousand rupees. The motorcycle has started reaching dealerships and deliveries should commence once the prices are announced.
