- 2024 CB300R unveiled
- Gets two new colours
- India launch likely
Honda has taken the wraps off the new CB300R. This entry-level premium street bike has been updated for 2024.
The Japanese brand has decided to keep the 2024 model as a colour change year. This motorcycle gets two new colours – Matte Black Metallic and the more attractive-looking Pearl Dusk Yellow. Both these paint schemes will go on sale in the US.
In terms of mechanical or performance, there aren’t any changes. It gets the power from a 286cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that complies with the newest emission norms. Other hardware that can be seen on the bike are the upside-down front forks, rear mono-shock, petal-type disc brakes, and 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends. The tyres are from Dunlop - 150/60R-17-section rear and 110/70R-17-section front. The bike has some decent features - LED lighting, digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS, and assist and slipper clutch.
We can expect Honda India to launch this 2024 version in India later this year with a marginal price increase. Currently, they have the Pearl Spartan Red and the Matte Steel Black on sale, and both are priced at Rs 2.77 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
