The 2024 KTM 125 Duke has made its international debut and the Austrian streetfighter looks notably different than before. However, it has received a lot of new bits along with the visual changes. Let’s have a look at all of those.
Design
Compared to the older model, the 2024 KTM 125 Duke gets much sharper bodywork. It also has even more cuts and creases than before. The headlight has been completely redesigned and so have the fuel tank extensions. Then, the new 125 Duke’s tail looks a lot different, thanks to the new rear subframe. Moreover, the bike gets new paint schemes of blue with orange and blue with black. These make it look similar to the new 390 Duke.
Features
Along with full LED illumination, KTM has also equipped the 2024 125 Duke with a TFT screen that comes with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, media controls, and Supermoto ABS. Comparatively, the older model misses out on the connectivity features and only gets an LCD. That said, we expect the India-oriented 2024 KTM 125 Duke to also get an LCD, and it could be the same unit as the new 250 Duke’s.
Hardware
The new KTM 125 Duke shares its hardware with the 250 and 390 Duke(s). It rides WP Apex suspension at both ends and now gets larger brakes. The 2024 model uses a 320mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc, whereas the older bike gets a 300mm front and 230mm rear unit. Then, the 2024 Duke also gets new, lighter wheels, similar to its bigger siblings.
