- Comes in Ceramic White and Electronic Orange shades now
- Gets a revised engine and lighter chassis components
- Priced at Rs 2.39 lakh
KTM India recently revamped its portfolio by launching the new 2024 250 Duke with a plethora of updates. Besides bestowing the bike with a long list of mechanical updates, KTM has also introduced two new swanky colour options for the new 250 Duke.
The more vibrant shade of the two is called Ceramic White which features white extensions adjoining an orange fuel tank. While the tail section is finished in black, the headlamp cowl and alloy wheels are dipped in orange paint which make it look lively and conspicuous. The Electronic Orange colour scheme, meanwhile, gets an orange fuel tank and headlamp cowl while the rest of the bike sports a dual-tone combination of black and grey shades. Both these colours truly elevate the visual appeal of the new bike’s new bodywork. The motorcycle looks bigger and more muscular now as it is more in line with the flagship 1290 Super Duke’s design language.
Powering the latest 250 Duke is a heavily revised version of KTM’s 248cc motor that gets a newly optimised cylinder head and gearbox along with a larger airbox. As a result, the power and torque output numbers, which now stand at 30.57bhp and 25Nm, respectively, are marginally higher than its predecessor. Further, underpinning the motorcycle is a new trellis frame with a fresh die-cast aluminium sub-frame along with a lighter swingarm, suspension, wheels, and brakes. What’s more, it is also better equipped on the feature front with a ride-by-wire throttle system, a slipper clutch, a quick shifter, and a Bluetooth-enabled five-inch LCD console.
KTM has pegged the 2023 250 Duke at Rs. 2.39 lakh, ex-showroom, which is almost the same as its predecessor.
