-Powered by a 1099cc, 180bhp engine
-Gets new, more aggressive design
-Gets updated electronics
The 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 has broken cover. The Tuono V4 is the street naked version of the Aprilia RSV4 superbike and benefits from the updates that its faster sibling has received as part of the 2025 updates.
The engine's displacement is 1099cc, and peak power has risen by 5bhp to 180bhp. While 180bhp is a lot, it is still less than the competition like the Ducati Streetfighter V4. Nevertheless, the Aprilia V4 has always been regarded as one of the best and is known for its performance and sound. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a bi-directional quickshifter.
There is a new predictive electronics setup, like in the RSV4, that processes parameters such as speed, lean angle, throttle position and more to anticipate what will happen next and optimise the intervention of systems like traction control and wheelie control. As for the rest of the electronics, the bike has an eight-level TC, three-level wheelie control, three engine braking maps and more.
As before the Tuono V4 is available in standard and Factory trims. The latter gets Ohlins semi-active Smart EC 2.0 system. It also gets launch control, predictive slide control, pit limiter, cornering lights and cruise control.
Visually, the design has become more aggressive. That’s partly because of the aerodynamic winglets and the new panels. The belly pan is also gone, putting more of the V4 on display. The shape of the tank, side and tail sections are also sharp and aggressive and on the whole, the Tuono V4 looks every bit like a streetfighter motorcycle ought to.
The 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 will go on sale in International markets soon. There is no word about an India launch yet.
