- Gets three traction control modes
- Equipped with new MRF tyres with lower rolling resistance
- Price remains unchanged
Ather Energy has updated its flagship offering, the 450 Apex for 2025. The scooter has received minor updates while its ex-showroom price tag of Rs. 1.99 lakh has remained unchanged.
Just like the new 450X, the Apex has received a multi-level traction control system. It comes in three modes including Rain, Road, and Rally all of which deliver varying levels of TC intervention making them suitable for different riding conditions. Those seeking complete control of the scooter can also turn the TC off. Moreover, Ather has equipped the Apex with new Zapper N e-Tred tyres that have been co-developed with MRF specifically for Ather line of products. Owing to lower rolling resistance, these tyres are claimed to contribute to a jump in the true battery range from 105km to around 130km.
The rest of the aspects of the 2025 Ather 450 Apex remain the same as before. One of the highlights of the scooter includes its 0-40kmph sprint timing of 2.9 seconds, making it the quickest scooter in the company’s portfolio. Plus, it can also hit a top speed of 100kmph, which is 10kmph higher than the 450X. It also looks different than any other 450 model with a bright blue bodywork, contrasting orange alloy wheels, and transparent side panels through which its aluminium subframe is clearly visible. As for the features, the 450 Apex gets all-LED lighting, a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, and Google navigation. There are six ride modes – Smart Eco, Eco, Ride, Sport, Warp, and Warp Plus.
