Ducati recently took the wraps off its updated flagship roadster motorcycle - the 2025 Streetfighter V4. The bike has received some notable updates in its latest trim and here are the details.
Although subtle, Ducati has made the Streetfighter V4 look sleeker and sharper. Its LED headlights have been redesigned and stay similar to its faired siblings. Further, the aerodynamic appendages have also been carried over for the 2025 model. The said wings are claimed to offer 45kg downforce at 270kmph.
Powering the 2025 Streetfighter V4 is a 1,103cc, Desmosedici Stradale, 90-degree V4 motor. It dishes out 214bhp and is linked to a six-speed gearbox that benefits from a bi-directional quickshifter. The 2025 model makes 6bhp more than the outgoing version.
Backing up all the firepower is an even more expansive list of electronic rider aids. The Streetfighter V4 now gets four ride modes, multi-level traction control, wheelie control, four power modes, slide control, launch control and engine brake control. Topping the list is the Ducati Vehicle Observer system to enhance the accuracy of the traction control system. Not to mention, the bike now gets a new 6.9-inch TFT as well.
Along with the new motor, the Ducati has incorporated a revised chassis. It sits on manually adjustable 43mm Showa front forks and Sachs monoshock. The braking hardware on the 2025 Streetfighter V4 comprises a dual 330mm front and a single 245mm rear disc. These are mounted on 17-inch wheels that now weigh 2.2kg less and are wrapped with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa tyres.
