The 2025 Honda SP160 has been launched in India with minor updates and is now compliant with the OBD-2B norms. Here’s what’s new on the 2025 SP160.
New fascia
The 2025 Honda SP160 has received a new front fascia that looks sharper with a sporty headlamp. The rest of the styling remains unchanged. That said, the colour choices have gone down from six to four. These include the Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, Pearl Igneous Black, and Athletic Blue Metallic.
More features
The 2025 Honda SP160's features list has also been updated. The motorcycle gets a new 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, Honda RoadSync app compatibility, and a type-C USD charging port. The new instrument cluster provides turn-by-turn navigation, music playback, and call and SMS alerts.
Updated engine
As mentioned earlier, Honda has updated the 162.71cc, air-cooled engine to comply with the upcoming OBD-2B norms. This has resulted in a marginal power drop of 0.2bhp to 13bhp, while the torque output power has been increased to 14.8Nm. The engine comes paired with a five-speed gearbox.
Higher pricing
With the MY2025 updated, the prices of the new SP160 have gone up by a fair margin. The single-disc variant is priced at Rs. 1,21,951 (ex-showroom), which is a hike of Rs. 3,000 over the older model. Meanwhile, the dual-disc variant costs Rs. 1,27,956 (ex-showroom), a hike of Rs. 4,605.
