The Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX has just gone on sale in India. The popular sports tourer has received a few updates for 2025. Here are the details in images.
Kawasaki has not tinkered with the design of the Ninja 1100SX, in comparison to the outgoing bike. It has the same twin-LED headlights, sharp cuts and creases on the fairing and a mildly upswept tail section. For 2025, however, the Ninja 1100SX gets new graphics which manages to add a dose of freshness.
The bike blends form and function very well. The seats for both the rider and pillion are spacious while the rider’s triangle itself is sporty yet comfortable.
Powering the bike is a new 1099cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine. It makes 136bhp at 9,000rpm and 113Nm at 7,600rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The quickshifter has been updated as well and it operates from as low as 1,500rpm. This will make it usable in the city as well and take away some of the fatigue while commuting.
The bike is feature loaded as well with all-LED lights, cruise control, traction control, ABS, power modes and a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity.
The Ninja 1100SX also gets new Bridgestone Battlax S23 tyres. As for the chassis, the frame is suspended by an adjustable USD fork and a monoshock.
Kawasaki is expected to begin deliveries of the Ninja 1100SX soon.
