-Powered by a 1099cc engine
-Gets updated quickshifter
The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX has been launched in India at Rs 13.49 lakh, ex-showroom. The Japanese sports touring bike has received a bunch of updates for 2025.
To begin with, the bike gets a new 1099cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine. It makes 136bhp at 9,000rpm and 113Nm at 7,600rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and an updated quick shifter that operates from 1,500 rpm onwards. This will enable one to use the quickshifter even at low city speeds.
Visually, there’s nothing much to differentiate between the 2025 model from its predecessors. The sharp front fairing with the twin LED headlights and even the side and tail sections are the same. In terms of features, the Ninja 1100 SX is quite loaded. It’s got all LED lights, TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, power modes, traction control, ABS, cruise control and USB-C charging port.
Under the bodywork, the chassis is the same, save for a new, bigger rear disc brake. The bike rides on 17-inch wheels with new Bridgestone Battlax S23 tyres.
Bookings are open and deliveries will begin in a few weeks.
