- Priced at USD 12,399 in the US
- Features Kawasaki’s racing team livery
- Mechanically unchanged
Kawasaki has introduced the 2025 Ninja ZX-6R KRT Edition in the international markets. The motorcycle is priced at USD 12,399 in the US and features Kawasaki’s factory racing team livery.
The 2025 Ninja ZX-6R KRT Edition is available in a single colour scheme, which is called Lime Green Ebony Pearl Blizzard White. Apart from the new KRT Edition, the standard ZX-6R is available in two colour options - Pearl Robotic White with Metallic Graphite Gray and Metallic Matte Dark Gray with Ebony.
Besides the updated colour scheme, Kawasaki hasn’t made any changes to the bike. The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R continues to be powered by a 636cc, inline-four-cylinder engine that churns out 122.03bhp at 13,000rpm and a peak torque of 69Nm at 11,000rpm. The motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
As for its cycle parts, the motorcycle uses an aluminium perimeter frame, suspended by 41mm fully adjustable Showa upside-down front forks and a linkage-type Showa monoshock. It rides on 17-inch wheels while braking duties are handled by dual disc brakes up front and a single disc at the back.
While we wait for the 2025 Ninja ZX-6R to be launched in the country, the 2024 model which is currently on sale in India retails at Rs. 11.20 lakh (ex-showroom). We recently tested the 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R at BikeWale, and here’s what we think about the only supersport motorcycle in India.
