- Available in three trims
- Gets new colours
- Remains unchanged mechanically
Kawasaki has launched the 2025 W175 range in Indonesia. As a part of the MY2025 update, the Kawasaki W175 is available in new trims and colourways. It doesn’t get any mechanical changes or feature additions whatsoever.
For 2025, Kawasaki Indonesia is offering the W175 in the SE, SE Black Style, and Cafe trims. The W175 SE is the most affordable variant, priced in Indonesia at IDR 35.1 million (Rs. 1.78 lakh). It is available in two colours – Candy Arsenit Green and Metallic Smoke Gold/Ebony.
Meanwhile, the Kawasaki W175 SE Black Style gets an all-black treatment to its underbody and cycle parts and is available in a single Metallic Spark Black paint scheme. It is priced at IDR 36 million (Rs. 1.83 lakh). On the other hand, the W175 Café is the range-topping variant that costs IDR 36.4 million (Rs. 1.85 lakh). It features a small windscreen, sportier graphics, and a tuck-and-roll seat. It also sports contrast-colour springs on the rear shock absorbers.
Powering the 2025 Kawasaki W175 is a 177cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 13bhp at 7,500rpm, and a peak torque of 13.2Nm at 6,000rpm. The air-cooled motor comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
The suspension setup is basic but functional. It gets a telescopic fork up front, while at the back, it features twin shocks with adjustable preload. It rides on 17-inch spoked wheels, which should be good for rough roads. For braking, it has a single disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear.
In India, Kawasaki retails the 2024 model in two trims – Standard and Street. The latter gets 17-inch alloy wheels and a premium colour scheme. We hope Kawasaki introduces the 2025 W175 range in India soon.
