- Will feature a 5-inch H50 TFT display
- Gets a WP Xplor Pro suspension with 230mm travel
- Ground clearance and seat height stand at 260mm and 885mm
KTM has been revealing new information about its upcoming 390 range of motorcycles and the latest one is the 390 Adventure R. Some of these details about the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure R are quite juicy and here’s everything about it.
For starters, The 390 Adventure R will be offered with three riding modes - Street, Rain, and Off-road. Although KTM has refrained from revealing more details about these modes, it is likely to alter the level of ABS and traction control intervention depending on the mode selected. The motorcycle will also get the new five-inch H50 colour TFT dashboard with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and music controls.
Besides the above-mentioned features, the KTM 390 Adventure R will feature top shelf fully adjustable WP Xplor Pro suspension with 230mm travel at both ends. However, the headlining figure is the 260mm ground clearance, which signifies its hardcore off-road intentions. One downside of this setup for a rider with average height is that the 390 Adventure R will have an extremely tall seat height of 885mm.
The 390 Adventure R will also be the first adventure bike in its class to get cruise control as standard. It will be powered by a 399cc, LC4c engine that makes 45.3bhp and 39Nm on the Duke.
While the KTM 390 Adventure R may not come to India, or it could be launched at a later date, most of these features will be offered on the India-bound 390 Adventure S. However, its ground clearance and seat height could be different and more accessible from the Adventure R.
