-Gets new design, features
-Gets adjustable suspension, TFT display
-Rides on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire spoke wheel
The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure R has been officially unveiled at the EICMA 2024 in Milan, Italy. The 390 ADV is an all-new motorcycle, meaning everything from the design, chassis, and engine is new. The KTM 390 Adventure R is the top-spec motorcycle in the 390 ADV lineup.
The 390 Adventure's styling is radical in typical KTM fashion. From the vertically stacked LED projector lights, and the tall windscreen to the large fuel tank and the comparatively slim rear, the bike looks like a purposeful ADV. One can also spot twin, LED AUX lights close to the fork stanchions.
Under the bodywork, there appears to be a steel trellis frame that is suspended by an adjustable WP fork and an offset monoshock. The bike rides on a 21-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wire-spoke rims with tube-type tyres. Braking duties are taken care of by a disc brake at the front and rear.
In terms of features, the bike has all-LED lights, colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and navigation.
Powering the bike is the 390 Duke's liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This engine is known for its strong performance and it’ll be interesting to see how it lends itself to the ADV format.
Following the unveiling of the KTM 390 Adventure at EICMA, the company is expected to launch the bike in India soon.
