-Becomes OBD 2 compliant
-Powered by a 249cc, single-cylinder engine
The 2025 Suzuki V-Strom SX has been launched in India at Rs 2.16 lakh, ex-showroom, India. The quarter-litre adventure touring motorcycle is now OBD 2 compliant and is Rs 5,000 dearer than the 2024 bike. Suzuki is offering the bike in three colours- Champion Yellow No.2, Glass Sparkle Black, and Metallic Sonoma Red.
Powering the bike is a 249cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 26.5bhp at 9,500rpm and 22.2Nm at 7,500rpm. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. This engine is known for its refinement and fuel efficiency.
The V-Strom SX is a capable touring machine, with comfortable ergonomics. The ride and handling of the bike is also quite good and we were pretty impressed with its performance and practicality while it was part of the BikeWale longterm fleet.
In terms of features, the V-Strom SX gets an LED headlight and tail light, dual-channel ABS and a Bluetooth enabled LCD instrument cluster.
Bookings for the 2025 V-Strom SX have begun and the deliveries are expected to begin soon.
