The 2025 Triumph Trident 660 has been unveiled and it will be launched in India shortly. The bike has received few yet notable updates and here are its details.
The new Trident 660 gets a set of fresh colours to choose from. They are Cosmic Yellow, Cobalt Blue, and Diablo Red. These are dual-tone colours and they manage to enhance the appearance of the sports bike. A pair of white lines adds contrast and on the whole, the Trident 660 looks good.
For 2025, the bike gets a six-axis IMU and that means it now has cornering ABS and traction control. This will improve the safety quotient of the bike, especially, in the hands of those stepping up to a multi-cylinder engine format. The Trident 660 also gets cruise control as part of 2025 model year updates.
Powering the bike is a 660cc, inline-triple engine that makes 80bhp and 64Nm. It also gets a new Sport mode, joining the existing Road and Rain modes which offers a sharper throttle response.
Under the bodywork is a steel frame that is suspended by a USD and monoshock. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels shod with Michelin tyres. Braking duties, meanwhile, are taken care of by 310mm dual disc up front and a single 255mm disc at the rear.
The 2025 Trident 660 is expected to go on sale in India soon. The price should hover around Rs 8.3 lakh to 8.5 lakh, ex-showroom.
