The 2025 Yamaha XSR900 has been introduced in many international markets. The gorgeous, retro-styled motorcycle has received few updates as part of the model year change.
The design of the bike, to begin with, is the same. The round LED headlight, beefy fuel tank and small tank panel shout retro. The single-piece seat is also quite neatly executed, especially in the way it hides the subframe.
For 2025, the Yamaha XSR900 gets a new 5-inch TFT display that replaces the 3.5-inch display.
The XSR900 is powered by an 890cc, liquid-cooled, three-cylinder engine that is now Euro 5+ compliant. It produces 117bhp and is known for its strong midrange responsiveness.
Under the eye-catching bodywork, there is a fully exposed perimeter frame that is suspended by a USD fork and a monoshock.
The bike still rides on the same, spin-forged wheels while braking duties are taken care of by two disc brakes at the front and one disc at the rear.
The Yamaha XSR900 is sold in international markets only and Yamaha India has no plans currently to launch it here.
