The styling of the new Glamour has been updated to attract a younger audience. The design language is sporty as well as muscular.
Powering this motorcycle is Hero’s new 125cc single-cylinder engine. This motor produces 11.4bhp at 7500rpm and maximum torque of 11Nm at 6500rpm.
There’s a 27 per cent jump in power and six per cent increase in torque compared to the current Glamour. Fuel efficiency has increased by three percent for the carb version and seven for the FI variant.
The instrument cluster is part digital, part analog. It shows the speed, fuel level, tripmeter and also the fuel efficiency which is a segment first.
The bike gets the Automatic Headlamp On (AHO) feature. Hero’s other product – the Splendor 110 iSmart also gets this useful feature.
The new Glamour is equipped with a single seat that has been designed to be very comfortable for city riding as well as long hauls.
Just like Hero’s other bikes, the new Glamour also gets the patented start-stop system (i3S). This will help in overall fuel savings.
It will be available in four dual-paint schemes– red with black, black with red, black with blue and black with grey.
