The world’s biggest two-wheeler exhibition, EICMA is just a week away. And just like last year, Royal Enfield will participate at this automotive show that happens in Milan Italy.
Last year, the Chennai-based manufacturer shocked the world when it revealed the KX Concept. It’s a 838cc V-Twin concept that was designed to gauge everyone’s attention. But this year, will the brand have KX ready for production? We don’t think. We are expecting Royal Enfield to showcase the next-generation of their bread and butter models. We list them out below.
2020 Royal Enfield Classic 350, Classic 500
Some prototypes of these bikes have been spotted a few times around Chennai. These bikes will be powered by new BS-VI compliant engines. Along with a new motor, the bikes will get new styling and cycle parts. The features could be updated as well. These bikes are likely to make its India debut early next year. So EICMA 2019 will be the perfect place to unveil these bikes.
2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird X
Just like the Classic range, the Thunderbird X test mules were spotted testing too. This urban motorcycle has been accepted well by the Indian customers, and that’s why the Chennai-based manufacturer is working on a next-generation model.
Customs/Concepts
There’s a high chance we’ll also see a custom motorcycle. This custom could be built on the new 650cc parallel-twin platform and could create the next 650cc bike.
