Honda has updated its product portfolio with the launch of the BS6-compliant Livo in the Indian market. The commuter motorcycle packs several mechanical, styling and feature upgrades in its latest form.
The motorcycle is available in two variants – Drum and Disc – and the prices start from Rs 69,422 (ex-showroom Jaipur). Both variants are available in four colour options – Athletic Blue Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Imperial Red Metallic and Black. Styling cues include chiselled tank shrouds, modern front visor and bold fuel tank design. The BS6 model also gets a new refreshed digital analogue meter.
Mechanical specifications include a BS6-compliant, 110cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with PGM-FI HET (Honda Eco Technology), Enhanced Smart Power (eSP) and Honda ACG starter silent starter.
The feature list comprises of a DC headlamp, integrated engine start/stop switch, integrated headlamp beam and passing switch, service due indicator and longer comfortable seat. Hardware setup includes telescopic forks and a five-step adjustable rear suspension. Anchoring power comes drum brakes on both wheels while a front disc will be available at a premium price tag. The safety net includes Combi-Brake System (CBS) with equalizer.
The motorcycle is backed by a six-year warranty package (three years standard + three years optional extended).
