- New RSV4 1100 Factory likely to come to EICMA 2019
- Expected to get electronic suspension
- Unlikely to come to India
Aprilia’s flagship motorcycle, the RSV4 1100 Factory is rumoured to get a suspension overall and that too a major one.
According to a report, this supersport motorcycle is likely to get a semi-active electronic system from Ohlins for the 2020 model. The report suggests that the 2020 RSV4 won’t see much update, as there are some bigger plans for the 2021 model. Other than this semi-active suspension, the new RSV4 1100 Factory will also get a new tricolor themed variant.
This upcoming upgraded Aprilia is likely to share the stage with the new RS660 and the Tuono 660 at the next week’s EICMA show. However, expect the Aprilia officials to talk more about the middle-weight models than the RSV4 as these bikes are likely to bring great numbers for the company.
We are expecting Aprilia to sell a standard model which gets the traditional suspension setup alongside the semi-active model. But there’s very little chance of this new model making its way to India.
