RaceDynamics, an Indian ECU tuning company has released an image of their almost-ready PowerTune aftermarket ECU for the Duke 200. This ECU is in the final stages of testing and will be launched in the next few weeks. The price has not been announced yet.
According to a Vbox graph published on their Facebook page, the Duke 200 with the RaceDynamics ECU will be going nearly 4kph quicker than the stock motorcycle after 7 seconds of acceleration. No word on the 0-60kph time or 0-100kph time, the usual benchmarks for performance. The rev limit has been increased to 11,700rpm, 1200 rpm more than stock but can be increased to 14000rpm. This should help the motorcycle to achieve a better top speed and better times on the track. After all, KTMs are ‘Ready to race’.
RaceDynamics has been in the aftermarket ECU business for over six years now, with models available for a range of cars and motorcycles, including the Yamaha YZF-R15.
