Akrapovic has launched a new aftermarket exhaust system for the Ducati Scrambler, which will also be available in India. Called ‘Slip-On Line’, the twin exhaust cans get a high-grade titanium construction and give out a deep and sporty sound tuned to match the Scrambler’s character.
The exhaust cans mimic the original design of the stock Scrambler silencer, seamlessly blending in with the bike’s overall design. It gets a full titanium link pipe, which not only enhances the Scrambler’s retro character but also improves the power output. While the stock Scrambler makes 71.6bhp and 66Nm of torque, the Slip-On Line helps boost the numbers to 73.4bhp and 67.6Nm. This exhaust system is 3.6 kilograms lighter than the stock unit, which should further help improve the performance. The exhaust also comes with removable baffles which give the rider the option of two different exhaust notes.
The Slip-On Line is a plug-and-play system, which does not require an ECU remap. In India, this aftermarket system will set you back by Rs 75,000. It will take you four weeks to procure one from Slovenia. To get one, you can contact Akrapovic’s official importers over here.
