- Sports an aggressive design
- Could use a 700cc, parallel-twin engine
- Likely to be launched in 2021
Benelli appears to have a steady line-up of motorcycles for 2021. Just a few days after images of the QJ Motor SRT 500 (updated Benelli TRK 502) was leaked, a new image of a production-ready motorcycle has popped up on the internet. And this time it is a streetfighter.
While the model name is unknown, the motorcycle is said to use a 700cc, parallel-twin motor derived from the CFMoto 700CL-X. As for styling, this new model looks aggressive with a styling that seems to be inspired by the Kawasaki Z1000. It gets a low-slung full-LED headlamp and a muscular fuel tank with creases all over it. Furthermore, the tail section also has a sharp design and holds a split-seat setup.
QJ Motor is likely to launch the motorcycle in China by 2021 following which it could be rebadged as a Benelli and sold in international markets. If that takes place, we can expect this 700cc motorcycle to make it to India by the end of next year.
