We all love the Suzuki Hayabusa and there would be very few people who would disagree with this. But let’s accept it that the motorcycle has aged well and is due for a replacement. Now, Suzuki might be working on the third-generation of the legendary motorcycle.
The Suzuki GSX 1300R has won itself many accolades ever since it had been launched in 1999. It is popularly known as the Hayabusa and has always had a great fan following. The motorcycle was once the fastest production motorcycle in the world until the Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R and MV Augusta F4 R312 snatched the title from it.
The Hayabusa created a huge fanbase in India when it was shown in a motorcycle race sequence in the popular movie Dhoom. Suzuki Motorcycle India recently refreshed the Hayabusa’s looks by introducing new colours for the motorcycle.
The manufacturer might introduce the new GSX R1000 in 2015 and make a comeback to the world of MotoGP. Alongside, it is speculated that the two-wheeler manufacturer might be developing the new Busa. So, if the Gixxer is introduced this year and launched in 2015, we can expect Suzuki to unveil the newly updated next-generation Hayabusa by 2016.
