As motorcycle journalists, a lot of travelling is a part of our calendar throughout the year. And that means it isn’t as fascinating for us as it’s for someone who goes on a vacation once a year after multiple requests and applications. However, as monotonous as travelling is for most of us, there are certain excursions we go on once in a while which are so overwhelming that they leave a long-lasting impact on our minds and hearts. And we (each member of BikeWale) plan to narrate such travel stories in the latest series of the BikeWale Podcast - Our Most Memorable Motorcycle Adventures.
As for the maiden episode of the series, Neil joins us to tell his tale of the BMW Mountain Safari. Most of us who visit Ladakh for the first time have a bittersweet experience, which was the case with Neil as well. His struggles with the first-gen BMW G310GS, long hours of off-road riding, a nasty crash giving him a sprained ankle, and his unhindered determination to still keep riding, all of it make for a story worth listening to.
