- The new RSV4 could debut later this year at Intermot or EICMA

The Italian premium bike maker, Aprilia is rumoured to be developing a new RSV4 which is expected to debut later this year at 2018 Intermot or EICMA show.
This upcoming Italian litre-class motorcycle is expected to get a new chassis based on the current twin-spar aluminium design. The current 999cc V4 could be replaced by a much power 1100cc engine that does the duty on the Tuono V4. The overall power output could see a drastic increase to something around 215-220bhp from the current 201bhp. This new motor will also comply with the Euro-V emission norm that comes into effect in 2020.
Aprilia is expected to update the electronics on this new RSV4 as well. The current model is house to one of the best gadgets in the market and the new RSV4 won’t be different. In terms of overall design, the company would stick to the aggressive styling but will definitely increase its overall appeal by adding new design elements.
