Aprilia launched the RS 457 in India at the 2023 IBW early in December at Rs 4.10 lakh, ex-showroom. Now, the brand has listed the accessories for the Yamaha R3-rival in the country.
The brochure lists as many as 28 official accessories for the RS 457. These include everything from a pillion-seat cowl to racing brake pads. You could get adjustable levers, coloured chain, side panniers and holders, a tall windscreen, and low and comfort seats. Aprilia also offers electronic accessories like TPMS, antitheft, bi-directional quickshifter and USB charging. It also includes crash protection as part of the accessories.
That said, the Aprilia RS 457 comes loaded with features like full-LED lighting, ride-by-wire, traction control, three ride modes and dual-channel ABS as well as a TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity. Powering the RS 457 is a 457cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that offers 47.6bhp and 43.5Nm.
The biggest rival for the Aprilia RS 457 is the Yamaha R3 along with the Kawasaki Ninja 400 and the KTM RC 390.
