Aprilia is all set to make track racing accessible for younger riders. The Italian bike maker has announced the RS 457 Trophy one-make racing series, which is set to debut in 2025.
But, ahead of the build-up to the 2025 season, Aprilia will hold two debut races in 2024. The racing action will offer a sneak peek into the Aprilia RS 457 Trophy. The racing series will be organised by Eventi 2 Ruote and aims to facilitate young riders into the world of track racing. The first race will be held at Cremona and is scheduled for 8 September, 2024. Meanwhile, the second race will take place at Misano on 6 October.
For the one-make championship, Aprilia has revealed a new racing kit for the RS 457. The kit consists of a full race fairing, SC Project exhaust system, race ECU, and a sprint filter. The motorcycle also comes finished in Aprilia’s red and black MotoGP-inspired racing livery.
