- Aprilia Storm 125 unveiled with disc brake
- Gets new matte black paint scheme
- Likely to be launched in the latter half of 2020
Aprilia showcased its entire BS6 lineup at the 2020 Auto Expo. And amidst the crowd, it also unveiled the disc variant of the Storm 125.
Now, apart from the disc brake up front, this version of the Storm 125 also gets a matte black paint scheme with rugged-looking graphics in grey. Furthermore, the scooter was also sporting a large windscreen that is likely to be offered as an optional accessory. Besides these changes, the Storm 125 disc remains similar to the standard SR125.
It comes powered by a BS6-compliant, fuel-injected 124cc engine that is likely to be slightly more powerful than the BS4 model. However, it uses the same suspension and rides on chunky dual-sport tyres wrapped on 12-inch wheels. Aprilia currently retails the BS6 SR125 and Storm 125 in the country and is expected to launch the disc version of the latter in the second half of 2020.
