Ather Energy has commenced bookings of its latest electric scooter – the 450X Apex. For now, the bookings are being taken on the brand’s official website.
As of now, there aren’t many details on the 450X Apex, but from the last few teasers, it is clear that this variant is likely to be their fastest variant yet. The website shows four riding modes for the 450X Apex – Eco, Ride, Sport and Warp+, with the latter being the newest mode. The other teaser image Ather has revealed on their website shows the transparent rear panels. Further, the 450X Apex appears to receive an orange sub-frame.
Regarding the performance of this variant, there’s a high chance it could cross a top speed of 100kmph and have the best-ever acceleration time in the range. Currently, the 450X has a top speed of 90kmph and a 0-40kmph acceleration time of 3.3 seconds.
The price announcement of this Ather could happen in the next few days. The 450X 3.4kWh is currently priced at Rs. 1.66 lakh (on-road). So, the Apex variant could touch the Rs. 1.80 lakh mark.
