Bangalore-based Ather Energy will organise Ather Community Day on 7 January, 2023, and this event will serve as a stage for new updates and announcements from the electric vehicle manufacturer. The company has remained tight-lipped about the event. However, new reports have indicated that the company will introduce an updated 450X electric scooter at the Ather Community Day.
As per the report, the company will offer the 450X in four colours – Cosmic Black, Lunar Grey, Salt Green, and Ravishing Red. The paint themes are noticeably different from the existing options. However, all paint options continue to feature a contrasting shade for the chassis.
Further, the Lunar Grey paint option features red paint for the alloy wheels. Apart from the revised colour palette, the company has also updated the seat on this electric scooter to enhance comfort levels. The updated saddle is longer than earlier.
The details about the mechanical specifications are not available yet. The 450X, for reference, uses a PMSM electric motor that makes 8.31bhp and 26Nm. The lower-spec Ather 450 Plus, in comparison, produces 7.24bhp and 22Nm.
