Ather Energy has announced a new quick service facility, called ExpressCare at some of its service centers in India. Under this new provision, owners can get their Ather electric scooter serviced in 60 minutes. Ather promises no compromises on service quality despite the shorter time taken to carry out the task.
Under the ExpressCare service, two technicians will work together on a single scooter to expedite the process. Customers can also book appointments for this service in advance to reserve a bay at the service station and avoid delays.
The cost of availing this express service ranges between Rs.125 to Rs.150. At present, ExpressCare is available at 20 service centers across 11 cities in India. Ather plans to ramp up this number to 50 service centers by March 2024. Ather is also expanding its service network with 50 new centers set to open within a couple of months, taking the total to 156 service centers across the country.
